North Coast Village is a 12-acre exclusive Beach Front Complex, located on Oceanside Beach. Oceanside Beach is known for its excellent swimming, boogie boarding and surfing. In addition to being located on one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County, our complex is within walking distance of Oceanside Pier, Oceanside Harbor, shops, restaurants, stores and many other local services.

North Coast Village offers amenities which include a putting green, recreation/party rooms, exercise/weight rooms, sauna, ping pong, billiards,  foosball, library and laundry facilities. Two pools and two Jacuzzis are available for your use. The major pool area has restrooms and showers, a Jacuzzi, and BBQ grills/eating area immediately adjacent. A second pool and Jacuzzi are located across Breakwater Way, in the “A” building portion of the complex. Strolling through the lush tropical landscaping, walkways with koi ponds, streams, fountains and waterfalls of North Coast Village make it an excellent place to unwind, enjoy and relax. This is a great complex for couples looking for a special getaway, as well as families with children of all ages.

North Coast Village is fully gated, with access limited to only those possessing security restricted access cards. In addition to 24/7 patrol officers on site, our property offers underground reserved parking, which eliminates the parking hassles typical of beach properties.

Our vacation rentals include fully functional kitchens, linens, towels, cable TV, fireplaces, telephones, wi-fi internet access, and beach gear. All condos are fully furnished to accommodate guests according to the maximum sleeping capacity for each unit. Pricing is generally related to number of bedrooms/sleeping capacity, view, location within the complex, and quality of furnishings/upgrades in each condo. CHECKING IN

Check in time for each condo is 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Driving and check-in instructions, including how to obtain keys and parking permits, are mailed to our renters upon receipt of final rental payments.
