Just wanted to take a minute to say thanks

were so sad to leave. Our 9 year old was
crying on that Friday morning, and we are
now in the "post-vacation blues"! It was so
nice to escape for a while, but coming back

professionalism. I had an experience last
year with a rental service for a condo in
Newport and, at the time, I thought that
their lack of follow-through and
consideration was something that I would
have to expect when working with a rental
service; but you definitely dispelled that
thought!!! Working with you was more like
working with a friend, than a rental agent.
Also, your great advice as to which condo to
choose was terrific! My family hasn't
stopped talking about what a great time they
had; especially my 81 year-old Mom. You
helped make her stay relaxing and enjoyable
and, for that, I sincerely thank you!!! I
hope, God willing, to be able to bring my
family back to North Coast next year. By the
way, when do you start accepting

June 17-24, when our family was down there
recently. We have never booked on the
internet before. So, when we all walked in
and saw the pier from our condo patio/porch,

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed
our stay at your condo.
The condo was everything and more than we
expected, and really added a lot to our stay
in California. Its nice to be able to stay
in a complex that is both secure and
comfortable, and though we didn't make as
much use of the pool and spa as we might
have liked to (because of the amount of
sight seeing we were doing) it was a great
facility.
Once again, thanks for the use of the condo,
when we go back to CA, North Coast Village
will top our list of places to stay.

This was absolutely one of the best
vacations I've ever had!!!!!! If you ever
need to use me as a reference feel free to
give anyone my email address. If they are
having any doubts of renting a condo I could
easily change their mind :) I could not be
happier with the choice we picked. It was
everything I had hoped for and more. The
girls loved it too...we didn't want to leave
and we were actually hoping to get rained in
from the Tuesday night storm!

help in making five girls (and one older
one) a spring break to remember and one that
none of us will ever forget.

overcast, was perfect! Harbor restaurants
and shops were quaint-and the ocean, of
course, was magnificent. E-213 exceeded all

This gives me opportunity to thank you for your part in our wonderful vacation. The condo was great. We were at North Coast Village together with two other families (relatives), and so comparisons between the 3 condos were inevitable. Two conversations came up with them that you might want to know about:
One of my sisters-in-law, in describing her condo, mentioned that because it wasn't so well kept-up, she certainly didn't feel lots of responsibility to be kind to it. Our condo, on the other hand, was beautiful, and I found myself feeling VERY responsible for keeping it that way.
My other sister-in-law told me that although her condo this year was great, she fondly remembered the managers from a year or two before, who seemed to show genuine interest in her family's enjoyment of their vacation. I asked if the other manager's name happened to be Nili, and it was.
