We absolutely loved our time in Oceanside and specifically in the Surf Shack. We walked to the Harbor for ice cream several times, enjoyed the downtown Farmer's Market on Thursday, Legoland and Old Town San Diego. What a great 6 night get away. We intend to make Oceanside our family vacation spot, and my husband has already said we are renting the same condo!
And being from the Phoenix area it is an easy drive and took us just over
6.5 hours to get home yesterday, which included 2 stops.

I would like to take this opportunity to "Thank You" for the use of your condo "Palm Beach Cottage, Unit G-25" during our stay in California!! It was more amazing than advertised!! The view was incredible, the access to the beach fabulous and the scenery inside the complex was indescribable….I just loved the creek and the huge Koi pond!!
We couldn't have asked for better weather while we were there. We were able to go to Hollywood twice and downtown San Diego one day. We hit a couple of the outlet malls and of course found the local Walmart and Target!! While we didn't get to sample too many of the local restaurants, we were able to indulge in one of the In and Out Burger locations…..Super good!!
Thanks again for your help!! Please feel free to use me as a reference (if anyone ever wants one). Depending on my son's plans when he returns from Afghanistan in the spring, I may call on you again for the use of the condo!!

Thank you. We had a wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Lookout! We had three generations on both my cousin's side and my family's side get together. My cousin's Unit was in the F building so it was perfect! We all just relaxed after the baby shower and on Sunday, we had a bar-b-q. Even though it was cold, it was the perfect cozy place to catch up with the loved ones! We will definitely come back again. Maybe next time for a longer stay.

This gives me opportunity to thank you for your part in our wonderful vacation. The condo was great. We were at North Coast Village together with two other families (relatives), and so comparisons between the 3 condos were inevitable. Two conversations came up with them that you might want to know about:
One of my sisters-in-law, in describing her condo, mentioned that because it wasn't so well kept-up, she certainly didn't feel lots of responsibility to be kind to it. Our condo, on the other hand, was beautiful, and I found myself feeling VERY responsible for keeping it that way.
My other sister-in-law told me that although her condo this year was great, she fondly remembered the managers from a year or two before, who seemed to show genuine interest in her family's enjoyment of their vacation. I asked if the other manager's name happened to be Nili, and it was.
