Thank you so much, we had an absolutely wonderful week! We've been coming to North Coast Village every year now for the past 8 years, and the Hazen Beach Cottage has been our favorite place to stay! The unit is so cozy, it has such great access to the beach and the sunsets from the patio are something we look forward to every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the king size bed in the bedroom is soooo comfortable. We're already looking forward to next year!

Thank you. We had a wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Lookout! We had three generations on both my cousin's side and my family's side get together. My cousin's Unit was in the F building so it was perfect! We all just relaxed after the baby shower and on Sunday, we had a bar-b-q. Even though it was cold, it was the perfect cozy place to catch up with the loved ones! We will definitely come back again. Maybe next time for a longer stay.

We had a fabulous time! The Condo was perfect! We loved that it was stocked with everything we needed for fun in the sun! The kids loved all the beach toys, boogies boards and lounge chairs! We even used the umbrella one afternoon, our little one fell asleep at the beach! We are hoping to make Oceanside an annual trip and plan to stay at your condos again!

My extended family has been staying at North Coast Village for at least 12 years. To continue the tradition, my wife and I have been staying in North Coast Village for over 6 years but have never stayed in the same unit twice. There has always been something that did not sit well in the other rental units. However, we were very pleased with the location, cleanliness, condition, and price of your condo. Newport and, at the time, I thought that
their lack of follow-through and
consideration was something that I would

thought!!! Working with you was more like

Also, your great advice as to which condo to
choose was terrific! My family hasn't
stopped talking about what a great time they
had; especially my 81 year-old Mom. You

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed
our stay at your condo.
The condo was everything and more than we
expected, and really added a lot to our stay
in California. Its nice to be able to stay
in a complex that is both secure and
comfortable, and though we didn't make as
much use of the pool and spa as we might
have liked to (because of the amount of
sight seeing we were doing) it was a great
facility.

This was absolutely one of the best
vacations I've ever had!!!!!! If you ever
need to use me as a reference feel free to

having any doubts of renting a condo I could
easily change their mind :) I could not be
happier with the choice we picked. It was
everything I had hoped for and more. The
girls loved it too...we didn't want to leave
and we were actually hoping to get rained in
from the Tuesday night storm!

This gives me opportunity to thank you for your part in our wonderful vacation. The condo was great. We were at North Coast Village together with two other families (relatives), and so comparisons between the 3 condos were inevitable. Two conversations came up with them that you might want to know about:
One of my sisters-in-law, in describing her condo, mentioned that because it wasn't so well kept-up, she certainly didn't feel lots of responsibility to be kind to it. Our condo, on the other hand, was beautiful, and I found myself feeling VERY responsible for keeping it that way.
My other sister-in-law told me that although her condo this year was great, she fondly remembered the managers from a year or two before, who seemed to show genuine interest in her family's enjoyment of their vacation. I asked if the other manager's name happened to be Nili, and it was.
